The rectangular shape lends itself perfectly to the 2-row Tunisian stitch pattern. The shawl is worked side to side lengthwise with no shaping.
For best results, use a long-color-changing worsted weight yarn. Shorter color changes will hide the beauty of the stitch pattern.

The shawl measures 17″ [43 cm] x 66″ [168 cm] long and took just one 634 yard [580 meter] yarn cake. If you want to make it longer or wider, you’ll need additional yarn.
