As they say “We’re all human, and we all make mistakes.” I’m not sure why human=mistakes. Don’t dogs ever make mistakes? You’d think so. Anyway, despite careful pattern-writing on my part and hopefully careful editing on the part of others, mistakes do make it into patterns.The following corrections are for the mistakes I know about.

You can find errata for books published by Storey Publishing by searching here. The errors listed below are for the first printing of the books. In many cases, these errors have been corrected in subsequent printings, so depending on when you bought your book, the error may not be there at all.

Motif #23, page 82
Rnd 2 Ch 7 (counts as dc and ch 4), *tr3tog over next 3 dc, ch 4**, dc in next dc, ch 4; rep from * around, ending last rep at **, join with slip st to 3rd ch of ch-7.
Motif #70, page 165
Rnd 1 Ch 5 (counts as hdc and ch-3), sc in 3rd ch from hook, 2 dc around the post of ch-2, *hdc in ring, ch 3, sc in 3rd ch from hook, 2 dc around post of hdc; rep from * sixmore times, join with slip st to 3rd ch of ch-6. Fasten off.
The stitch diagram will be changed to reflect a total of 8 “points” around the circle. The sample in the photograph is correct.
Motif #90, Page 202
Replace Rnd 5 text with:
Rnd 5 Standing BPslip st around 8th tr of any corner shell, *(ch 3, make valley cluster, ch 3, BPslip st around next tr) two times, ch 3, make corner cluster, ch 3**, BPslip st around next tr; rep from * around, ending last rep at **, slip st in first st.
